Come and work with us!

At Hands in Harmony, we believe in increasing equitable access to Music Therapy services through evidence-based, research-driven, and neuroscience-informed care. As Rhode Island’s leading provider of music therapy for over 22 years, we are committed to serving individuals and groups across the lifespan-from birth to end of life-and addressing complex medical, cognitive, communicative, sensorimotor, social, and emotional needs.

Our practice is rooted in clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing advocacy at the local and state level. We strive to decrease barriers to care, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and elevate the voices of the individuals and communities we serve.

As a nonprofit, we are driven by impact—not just in individual health outcomes, but in systemic change that broadens access, decreases social stigma, and strengthens communities through evidence-based music therapy services.

We are currently hiring highly motivated board-certified music therapists for salaried, full-time positions. Our team is collaborative, innovative, and passionate about quality care. Clinicians at Hands in Harmony work in a variety of settings including homes, schools, hospitals, long-term care, and community-based programs throughout Rhode Island and beyond.
